20 min AMRAP:
-2 Muscle ups
-4 handstand pushups
-8 Kettlebell Swings (32kg)
Score= 10/2

First time doing Nate, my goal was to get 10 rounds and I managed 2 more reps:)

  2. 10 rds is super good bro! nice one.. i did wallball nate a few weeks ago if u want to check on my blog, only did 7 rounds tho, the hspu were the only thing holding me back, been working them heaps tho and im getting better at them!
